I created NOA Method because it's the kind of movement and creativity my body craves and the community I've always needed to be a part of.
About
Sup, friends! I'm thrilled you're here, and I hope you feel welcome! My name is Gabrielle, but you can call me Gabes. I'm the youngest of six kids, born in Highland, Utah, and raised in both Utah and California.
Movement has been my passion all my life. I love sports and dance is my soul. Most of my closest friends I met in some form of class, sport, or team.
For most of my adult life, movement was motivated by insecurities, dealing with eating disorders, and a desire to change how I looked. I've been there, and I know what that feels like. I remember wondering some days what it would be like to wake up and feel free in my body, without my mind obsessing over what I was eating, and not have my schedule be dictated by how much energy I could exert that day.
Through experience, growth, and healing, I learned to love and appreciate my body. It all began with a conscious choice. I cannot describe the freedom that has come from learning to move with my body, listening to my needs, and shifting my focus from what I want my body to do, to what my body actually needs. Our bodies hold SO MUCH WISDOM.
I've trained for Fitbit, KINRGY, Hot Pilates, The Tracy Anderson Method, Playlist Yoga, Corepower Yoga, danced on stages, in music videos, trained top celebrities, and trained my best friends. We are all designed to move; we deserve to feel confident in our bodies and feel free.
I created NOA Method because it's the kind of movement and creativity my body craves and the community I've always needed to be a part of. A community of inclusion, diversity, encouragement, creativity, and experimentation. I hope in this space you find connection to yourself and the team around you. I hope you find a safe space to feel vulnerable in your body, experiment with your expression, and build strength from the inside out. I'm here to help guide you, move alongside you, talk about our favorite pop stars, and find empowerment deep within. This is your space to be empowered, be wild, and be free.
